Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Any delays or issues due to natural disasters, civil unrest, public health emergencies, and postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping for orders under 1lb in weight, and $10 flat rate shipping for orders over 1 lb in weight with shelf stable products.  Products that have products that must be temperature controlled have a flat rate shipping of $25.  We only ship in the Unite States

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at flowsgrocery@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you are shipping to a PO Box please ensure UPS or USPS can deliver to your PO Box, we are not responsible for invalid shipping destinations.
